About the Event
This special event will include expert instruction on how to fish the Salt River from the shore or by wading the river. This event will take place at the Blue Point Recreation area on the Salt River and a Tonto National Forest permit is required. Local guide, Niko Ebert (Golden Cactus Outfitters), will be the guest instructor. The river is being stocked. Space is limited. RSVP on the website. To wade the river, you must be fully wading certified. No certification is required for shore fishing. Mike Garcia is the outing lead. Snacks and lunch will be provided.
